Context

Context

I focus on designing the best integration flows to connect Agorapulse, a social media management tool, with other platforms. Integration with other tools has several benefits:

  • help to convert new clients (lead acquisition)

  • improve users' stickiness and satisfaction with the product (user retention)

Based on internal and external research, CRMs are the vertical that makes the most sense especially when compared to our competitors.

I focus on designing the best integration flows to connect Agorapulse, a social media management tool, with other platforms. Integration with other tools has several benefits:

My responsibilities in the team

My responsibilities in the team

  • Collaborate closely with PMs and EMs on subscription funnels to align design solutions with business goals (reduce churn rate and increase MRR).

  • Create wireframes and mock-ups of a CRM catalog to integrate Agorapulse with other collaborative tools while optimizing for conversion.

  • Iterate on wireframes and mockups based on the feedback of my Designer peers during Design Critics.

  • Collaborate closely with PMs and EMs on subscription funnels to align design solutions with business goals (reduce churn rate and increase MRR).
